SEO & Content
Technical search work, international targeting, and content written to answer a question rather than to hit a word count.
Search advice has not aged well.
A lot of what agencies still sell — keyword density, monthly link packages, thin pages built around a phrase — is at best inert and at worst actively harmful now.
The work that still moves rankings is unglamorous: fixing what crawlers cannot reach, structuring international sites correctly, making pages fast, and publishing things genuinely worth linking to.
Talk to us about thisWhat this actually covers.
Six areas of work. On most engagements you will need four of them; we will tell you which.
Technical SEO
Crawl and index diagnostics, rendering checks, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and log-file analysis where the site is large enough to warrant it.
International targeting
Hreflang, market-level content strategy and domain structure for companies selling into several countries — the area we see broken most often.
Core Web Vitals
Search performance and site performance are the same project. We fix the render path rather than filing a ticket and hoping.
Content strategy
Topic mapping based on what people actually search and what your sales team actually gets asked, then briefs a subject expert can write against.
Measurement
Rank tracking is a diagnostic, not a goal. We report on qualified traffic, assisted revenue and the queries that precede a sale.
Migration protection
Redirect mapping, staged rollout and monitoring around replatforms, because an unmanaged migration can erase years of earned visibility in a fortnight.

How we work together.
Three shapes of engagement. We quote against scope after a conversation — no published rate card, because no two of these projects are the same size.
Two to four weeks
A defined question answered: an audit, a diagnosis, a prototype. Fixed price, fixed dates, written output you keep whatever happens next.
Two to five months
The full piece of work, staged with agreed milestones and a payment schedule tied to them. The most common way clients work with us.
Rolling, quarterly review
An agreed block of senior time each month for ongoing work. Reviewed every quarter, cancellable with notice, never auto-renewed in silence.
Questions we get asked.
How long before we see results?
Technical fixes can show inside weeks. Content and authority take two to three quarters to compound. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something else.
Do you build links?
We earn them — digital PR, genuinely useful research, and fixing the reasons people were not linking to you already. We do not buy links, because the downside risk lands on you, not on us.
Do you write the content?
We write the briefs and edit, and we can write the copy. For technical or regulated subjects the best results come from your own experts writing and our editors shaping.
Can you work in languages other than English?
We plan and QA the international structure and work with vetted native writers for each market. We are honest about which languages we can review in-house and which we cannot.
