How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, Hong Kong time, and usually the same day if you write in the morning. If your message arrives on a Friday evening you will hear from us on Monday.
What should I include in a first message?
What you are trying to achieve, roughly when you need it, and a link to what exists today. Budget helps enormously — even a range — because it lets us tell you honestly whether we are the right size of studio for the job.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely, and we are happy to sign yours before the first substantive conversation. Most of our published work is anonymised for exactly this reason.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. There are six of us and none of them is a salesperson. The first conversation is with whoever would run the work, plus the managing director.
Do you take on small projects?
Sometimes, as a fixed-scope sprint. If a project is genuinely better served by one good freelancer we will say so, and we can often point you at one.
